Our client is looking for experienced adminstrators, with some health and safety experience and/or payroll experience. There are both part time and full time roles available, please advise which you are looking for in your application notes.

 

This position is for a fast pased company in Christchurch. Some tasks you will be supporting the team with are but not limited to: 

  • Data entry
  • Answering phones
  • Assisting payroll - experience with 
  • Preparing documents - invoices etc
  • Completing health and safety inductions with new staff
  • Maintain updated records 
  • Reviewing documents and spreadsheets
  • General admin

 

This role will NOT be suitable for you if you :

  • Are on a Student Visa/Studying through the day
  • Have not yet had any admin experience 
  • Do not have a can do attitude 

 

 

You will need to be:

  • Reliable
  • Willing to learn
  • Punctual
  • Experienced in admin (2 years or more preferable) 
  • Able to take initiative
  • Confident with using Microsoft Office
  • Able to multi-task  
  • A team player
