An Extrastaff franchise could be a refreshing opportunity if you're presently operating an existing recruitment business and can see real benefits in joining a larger network. An Extrastaff franchise will also be of interest to an existing recruiter who presently works for someone else but is looking to establish their own business and can see the value in having an "off the shelf solution".

While we will be happy to discuss the potential of an Extrastaff Franchise with people who do not have Recruitment Industry experience, we feel that unless an applicant can demonstrate previous success in a similar business to business service industry and has strong 'local networks' it would be unlikely that an Extrastaff Franchise would suit them. Equally, an Extrastaff Franchise is not a 'passive' investment where an investor can invest money in one end and sit back wait for profits to come out the other end! Success in an Extrastaff Franchise (or any other recruitment agency) will come about largely from the efforts of the Franchisee.

Hence, we are very selective when deciding upon potential franchisees as we have no interest in selling a franchise to someone who we feel will not be successful in an Extrastaff Franchise.
