Flexibility

  • How have you gotten around obstacles that prevented you from completing a project? Describe the obstacle and what you did to get around it?

  • Give me an example of an occasion when you had to approach several individuals for support, cooperation etc. whom you considered quite different from one another.

Independence

  • Describe an incident in which you disagreed with your supervisor. How was it settled?
